This quest has to be started by talking to the squire in the White Knight's castle, but he is nowhere to be found. (Neither is Sir Vyvin.)
Thurgo is present, but he can't be talked to.

Is it possible to do this quest or not?

Once my time frees up I will prioritize getting f2p quests complete.
