method for ultimate irons using bank booths to make notes is there, just needs converting(focused on everything else first)

Added Select GameMode to intro text
irons can't pickup drops that aren't their's
irons can't trade
irons can't duel
irons can't buy from shops like general stores
hc irons get demoted to ironman on death
ultimate irons cant use banks
ultimate irons drop all items on death
